The CRS is the highest distinction awarded in the residential sales field. It recognizes professional accomplishments in experience and education. Today's market is continually changing. In order to meet these demands and my client's expectations, I have taken continuing education classes in: Listing, Selling, Residential Investments, Business Development, and Technology.

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
This designation is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representatives. Awards are given to real estate practitioners who have met the high educational and practical experience standards set forth by the National Association of Realtors. To ensure I represent my buyers effectively, I have taken continuing education courses in: Buyer Representation, Relocation Representation, and Innovative Marketing Techniques.

I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).
I am one of a limited number of Realtors in Maryland who is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). With my knowledge and expertise, I will help you prepare your home for market, giving you guidance on how to make your home offer the best first impression to potential buyers. Statistics have shown that “Staging” a home results in quicker sales and higher profits! This is more important than ever, in today’s market. I will make your home stand out above the competition! 

I earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
I earned my Master's Degree in Business Administration from INCAE, Costa Rica. I possess the business savvy necessary to ensure my clients' interests are clearly represented and they receive the most beneficial contract representation.
